Weekly Pulse On Track Momentum: Steady

The partnership pages advanced meaningfully this week. Backend, main page, and page shells for Refer a Property and Become a Partner are in place; Existing Partners content is drafted pending a few topic clarifications. A handful of outstanding items from Rebecca (forms, partner details, video embed, and one scope decision) are the last gates before launch. SEMRush audit was rerun to keep our technical SEO picture current. Popup performance remains strong — 2.0% on Request a Demo, and the new gated content popup is converting steadily as it gains volume.

Capacity is elevated this month (~35 of 40 hours used).

Partnership Pages Advanced to Launch-Ready

Backend infrastructure and content structure are in place. Main partnerships page development is complete pending partnership data. Shells for Refer a Property and Become a Partner are done. Existing Partners content is drafted pending topic clarifications.

Impact: The partnership story is structurally ready. A small, well-defined set of inputs from Rebecca will unlock the launch.

Visibility & SEO Complete

SEMRush Audit Refreshed

Reran the recurring SEMRush site audit on March 24.

Impact: Keeps the technical SEO picture current so the marketing team can prioritize fixes against real, recent data.

Popup Performance

Both popups continue to drive conversions. Request a Demo is holding strong; the new gated content popup is still getting established and may benefit from a design or language refresh in the coming weeks.
