Weekly Pulse On Track Momentum: Strong

A major unblock week: Meta Pixel tracking is live with a booking-page-redirect workaround after we diagnosed Meta's "Health & wellness provider" categorization as the cause of blocked Lead events. Location pages received H1, hero, mobile, and trust block updates. Beach facility hours are updated via a Marker.io request. Five tasks closed; four more due Apr 20 with 5.25 hours remaining in the month.

Capacity is tracking as expected for the month (~4.75 of 10 hours used).

  3. Add UTM Term + source URL tracking to all forms (due Apr 20).

Risks / Blockers

Apr 20 task cluster vs. remaining budget

Severity: medium Owner: Bear Hair

Four tasks due Apr 20 with 5.25 hours remaining in the monthly budget.

Recommended next step: Sequence and batch the work to hit the Apr 20 date. If it looks tight, flag to Kairos mid-week for prioritization.

Invisalign page slipped past original Apr 17 due date

Severity: low Owner: Bear Hair

Now due Apr 20 alongside the Adult Braces equivalent.

Recommended next step: Ship alongside Adult Braces.

Meta 'Health & wellness provider' category limitation persists

Severity: low Owner: Platform (Meta)

Category remains a platform-level limitation, but the booking-page-redirect workaround means it no longer blocks attribution.

Recommended next step: Monitor. Revisit only if Meta's categorization policy changes.
