Weekly Pulse On Track Momentum: Steady

Most of the week went into the Phase 1 Orthodontics SEO page. It's built out and ready for you to look over at the draft link, with one thing I need your call on before it's final: how you'd like the locations map to work. We also moved the GA4 compliance work forward by getting the Google Ads remarketing tags off the site, which was the piece carrying the most legal exposure. The consent banner is the next thing to land, and that's what I'm on now.

Progress This Week

Tracking & Measurement Complete

CareStack analytics setup

Finished the CareStack analytics integration following Kyra's walkthrough.

Impact: Booking activity from the CareStack scheduler now flows into analytics, so consultation bookings can be measured alongside the rest of the site.

Phase 1 Orthodontics SEO page

Built out the Phase 1 Orthodontics page against the SEO content outline. It's ready for review at the draft link.

Next step: Fold in review feedback and the locations map decision, then publish.

GA4 consent compliance

Removed the Google Ads remarketing tags through GTM so they're no longer firing on the site. That was the highest-exposure part of the compliance work, since it's the same pixel-tracking pattern behind the GoodRx and BetterHelp cases.

Next step: Install the consent-mode banner so tracking is gated to opt-in by default.

Next Up

  1. Beach and Bartram Park landing page edits (from the June sync).
  2. Marker.io rollout for visual feedback requests.
  3. Landing page performance improvements and the conversion/heatmap discussion, sequenced for next month.
  4. Ceramic Braces and Invisalign landing pages queued for upcoming months (one new page per month per Kyra's cadence).

Things we need from you this week

  • Phase 1 page review and the locations map From: Kairos (Kyra)

The Phase 1 page is ready for you to review at the draft link. One open question before I can finalize it: do you want a single map showing all four locations at once, or a separate map per location like the Our Locations page? The all-locations version needs a Google Maps API key, which is Lauren's call since it bills per use; the per-location version doesn't need one. Whatever you decide works for me.

Risks

No risks to report — engagement is on track.

Notes

Have a great weekend.
